Spanish RIce


1 Pound ground beef
2 Tbsp oil

Brown and remove meat.

1/2 Cup raw rice
1 Cup sliced celery
1/4 Cup green pepper (optional)

Cook above items until brown

Add meat plus:
2 1/2 C canned tomatoes (we use Season Diced Dei Fratelli brand)
2 tsp salt
2-3 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp worchestire sauce

Boil mixture, pour into an oven proof pan (we use Papmered Chef stoneware cooker)
cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minute to 1 hour.
